2) Vision Photo — Reduce hesitation by visualizing the future
- Translate ideals from explanations into concrete scenes

3) 10 Plate — One-page blueprint for implementation
- Connect future → milestones → this week’s action in a single structure
- Decide what to remove instead of adding more tasks
30-day flow (1 hour per session)
- Day 1: Identify what stops you + exercises to return to movement
- Day 2: Create your Vision Photo (fix the future scene)
- Day 3: Build your 10 Plate (from future to today’s step)
- Day 4: Implementation work (send, apply, publish — take the step)
- Day 5: Review + decide the next 30 days of action
