The program has only three elements

1) Exercises — Restore a state for decision-making

  • Release tension and avoidance through breathing, posture, and grounding
  • Create a “reset routine” before meetings, communication, or negotiation
  • Install a recovery switch for moments when you feel stuck

2) Vision Photo — Reduce hesitation by visualizing the future

  • Translate ideals from explanations into concrete scenes
  • Create a bodily sense that moves you when you look at the future

3) 10 Plate — One-page blueprint for implementation

  • Connect future → milestones → this week’s action in a single structure
  • Decide what to remove instead of adding more tasks

30-day flow (1 hour per session)

  1. Day 1: Identify what stops you + exercises to return to movement
  2. Day 2: Create your Vision Photo (fix the future scene)
  3. Day 3: Build your 10 Plate (from future to today’s step)
  4. Day 4: Implementation work (send, apply, publish — take the step)
  5. Day 5: Review + decide the next 30 days of action
