For Schools and Educators

For Schools & Educators

Developing the ability for children to decide and act on their own.

This is an experiential program designed for educational settings such as
elementary, junior high, high schools, universities, and alternative learning schools.
It addresses internal states such as tension and avoidance—areas that are often difficult to reach through verbal instruction alone.
This is not an activity evaluated by performance or outcomes.

※ We begin by understanding your context. No forced proposals or sales.

Common use cases

  • Alternative learning schools / programs supporting school refusal
  • As an alternative learning time for students who struggle in standard classrooms
  • Training reset skills (pause → return → retry) for moments of anxiety or comparison
  • Supporting self-understanding and decision-making for students who freeze when discussing future paths
  • As experiential learning for events, inquiry-based learning, or integrated studies that are not performance-focused

Observed changes (examples)

  • Students spend more time answering “What do I want?” in their own words
  • Increase in small decisions and small actions (submissions, presentations, attempts)
  • Instead of freezing due to fear of failure, students learn how to reset and try again

※ Individual differences apply. These are examples of commonly observed changes, not guarantees.

Program structure (3 pillars)

1) Exercises — Building a body that can decide

  • Return to the present through breathing, posture, and rhythm
  • Recognize signs of tension or avoidance and learn how to reset
  • Practice switching states with clear cues (stop → move)

2) Vision Photo — Turning the future into a visible scene

  • Place unspoken ideals in front of students using images
  • Create motivation not only cognitively, but through sensation

3) 10 Plate — Fixing growth on one page

  • Visualize the path from future goals to today’s next step
  • Organize not only what to do, but also what to stop doing

※ For clarity in school contexts, we describe this as support for
self-understanding and decision-making rather than using the word “career.”
The content is the same.

Available formats

A) Class or grade-based session (single)

60–90 minutes / Grades: upper elementary to high school (flexible)
Content: Exercises + Vision work + reflection

B) Five-day program (recommended)

5 days × 1 hour (class-based, selected participants, or after school)
Content: Exercises → Vision Photo → 10 Plate → Action → Presentation

C) Training for teachers & support staff

90–180 minutes
Introducing body-based approaches so guidance does not stop at words

Safety & implementation requirements

  • Physical intensity can be adjusted (vigorous movement is not required)
  • Can be conducted in gyms or multipurpose rooms with minimal space
  • Please consult in advance if individual accommodations are needed
  • If a student requires specialized support, existing school-based support is prioritized

Implementation process (fastest path)

  1. Inquiry (share objectives, target age group, and candidate dates)
  2. 30-minute consultation (online available)
  3. Proposal of format, duration, materials, and cost
  4. Implementation → reflection (brief report)

Please send just three points: objective / target group / candidate dates

We will review feasibility and suggest the most suitable format
(single session / multi-day / training).
